Noah's Ark menu and prices: what to order and what it costs

Noah's Ark is a full kitchen and bar on the water, not just a drinks stop. Here's what people order, what it costs once tax and service are added, and the easiest way to get lunch there included.

The bar's owner has described Noah's Ark as a full-service restaurant on the water, and the menu leans into the islands: conch, fresh fish and jerk chicken, plus burgers and wings for anyone who just wants something easy.

Menus change with the season and the catch, so treat this as a guide to what you'll find. The bar posts its current specials on Instagram at @noahsarktci.

1. Food: what to order

Cracked conch and conch fritters are the island classics, and the place to start. Jerk chicken is a fan favourite, and a whole grilled snapper is the one to share.

Also on the menu over the years: fish and chips, grouper, shrimp, ribs, burgers, hot dogs and wings, with lobster in season (roughly August to March in Turks and Caicos).

Good to know

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed on board, so plan to eat at the bar.

2. Drinks and cocktails

The house cocktail is the Super Mario, named after the bar's mixologist. El Patrón and the Noah's Cooler are the other names to know, and there's bottle service for groups at the VIP tables.

Sunday is the big day for drinks: DJs on deck, a party crowd, and the bar at its busiest.

The simplest way to eat at Noah's Ark is to have lunch built into the trip. The 3HR Ultimate Seafari & Lunch at Noah's Ark is a guided jet ski tour from Leeward that rides past the shipwreck and finishes at the Ark, with one lunch per jet ski included.
